Role : SAP FI/CO Senior Consultant

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Senior Consultant with 7 to 10 years of hands-on industry and SAP implementation experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading blueprint workshops, analyzing end-to-end business requirements, designing SAP financial management solutions, and executing full lifecycle implementations on recent SAP releases (S/4HANA / modern ECC versions).

Key Responsibilities :

Business Process & Solution Blueprinting :

- Lead and facilitate Business Blueprint (BBP) workshops with key business stakeholders to gather requirements and define enterprise financial architecture.

- Map complex business requirements and industry-specific financial processes to SAP best practices.

- Author detailed Functional Specifications (RICEFW), Configuration Documents, and Business Process Master Lists (BPML).

SAP FI/CO Implementation & Configuration :

- Hands-on end-to-end configuration across core SAP FI modules : General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP) & Banking, Accounts Receivable (AR) & FSCM, and Asset Accounting (AA).

- Hands-on end-to-end configuration across core SAP CO & Enterprise Controlling modules : Controlling (CO), Project Systems (PS) & Investment Management (IM).

Integration & Delivery :

- Manage cross-functional integration of SAP FI/CO with MM, SD, PP, and HR modules.

- Execute unit testing, Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover activities, and go-live support.

- Drive data migration strategy, legacy data extraction, and mapping for financial master and transactional data.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements :

Must-Have Experience :

- 7 - 10 years of overall IT and SAP consulting experience, including direct industry/domain experience in finance, accounting, or enterprise cost management.

- Hands-on experience in at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, including recent versions (S/4HANA highly preferred).

Core Technical Expertise :

- FI : New GL with Segment Reporting, Accounts Receivable, FSCM, Accounts Payable, Banking, and Asset Accounting.

- CO/IM/PS : Cost Center Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Project Systems, and Investment Management.

Preferred Certifications & Education :

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce (CA/CMA/MBA Finance), Computer Science, or Engineering.

- Certifications (Good to Have) : SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting; SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting (CO).
