Role : SAP BTP, CAPM, Fiori Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable cloud-native applications using SAP BTP, CAPM, and Node.js to address complex business challenges for enterprise clients.

- Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces using SAP Fiori and UI5 to improve end-user productivity and system adoption rates.

- Lead the integration of BTP-based solutions with S/4HANA and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation across the organization.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and technical excellence within the development team.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate high-level requirements into robust technical specifications and architectural blueprints.

- Optimize application performance and security protocols on the SAP BTP environment to ensure high availability and compliance with global data standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in building applications using SAP BTP, Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM), and Java or Node.js, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects.

- Expert-level proficiency in SAP Fiori, UI5, and OData services, with a focus on creating modern, user-centric interfaces that simplify complex workflows.

- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.

- Proven experience in managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) within an Agile environment, demonstrating adaptability to shifting project priorities.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a distributed team structure, maintaining high performance in a hybrid work environment.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 8 - 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP development and architecture.
