Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP Datasphere Consultant, you will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of next-generation data warehousing solutions within the SAP ecosystem. You will act as a bridge between complex business requirements and technical architecture, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, and client leadership to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence. By leveraging your deep expertise in SAP Datasphere and S/4HANA, you will drive data democratization and operational efficiency, ensuring that our clients gain a competitive edge through robust, scalable, and high-performance data models that directly influence strategic decision-making and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect end-to-end data integration flows between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Datasphere to ensure seamless data availability for real-time reporting and analytics.

- Develop complex SQL-based data models and views to simplify data consumption for business users, thereby reducing time-to-insight.

- Lead technical workshops with client stakeholders to translate high-level business objectives into precise functional specifications and data architecture blueprints.

- Optimize data performance and governance frameworks to maintain data integrity and security across hybrid cloud environments.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance on best practices, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building and managing data spaces, business layers, and analytical models within SAP Datasphere.

- Advanced command of SQL for data manipulation, complex query optimization, and performance tuning in large-scale enterprise environments.

- Extensive experience in extracting and modeling data from SAP S/4HANA, with a strong understanding of underlying table structures and CDS views.

- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong client relationships and project alignment.

- Proven track record of working effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent problem-solving with collaborative team efforts.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 6 - 10 years of relevant professional experience.
