JOB DESCRIPTON - Sr. SAP Coach - MM :

JOB TITLE : Sr. SAP Coach - MM

JOB LOCATION : Lagos - Nigeria

REPORTING TO : Head - Faculty

BUSINESS UNIT / SBU : Center of Excellence

DEPARTMENT : Digitalization

SUB VERTICAL : Gurukul - Digitalization

KEY RESPONSBILITIES :

- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on SAP MM (Procurement, Store and inventory management) module, including configuration, integration, and business processes.

- Ability to design and customize training content aligned with SAP standards and business scenario.

- Experience in creating blended learning programs (self-paced + instructor-led).

- Conduct workshops, practical labs, real-time business scenario discussions and regular testing & assessment.

- Assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and feedback sessions.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP MM functionalities and S/4HANA (Private cloud) developments.

- Strong knowledge of Procurement Process, Inventory Management, Valuation & Account Determination, Material Master, Vendor Master, and Integration with SD, PP, and FI.

- Prior experience in training or mentoring.

- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.

- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

- Ability to engage learners and encourage participation.

- Proven experience in delivering training through SAP Learning Hub.

- Familiarity with Learning Journeys, Learning Rooms, and Live Access systems.
