About the Role :

We are looking for a hands-on SAP BW on HANA / BW/4HANA Developer to drive enhancement and migration initiatives within our enterprise data landscape.

This role requires a strong technical expert who can actively contribute to development (ABAP/AMDP) while also supporting architecture decisions and stakeholder interactions, especially within the Finance domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on enhancement and migration projects (BW on HANA , BW/4HANA).

- Design and develop BW data models (ADSO, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views).

- Build and optimize transformations, DTPs, and process chains.

- Develop ABAP and AMDP routines for complex data processing.

- Ensure performance optimization using HANA pushdown techniques.

- Work closely with Finance (FI/CO) stakeholders to build accurate reporting solutions.

- Handle data integration from ECC, non-SAP systems, and other sources.

- Contribute to technical design discussions, reviews, and best practices.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP BW on HANA & BW/4HANA.

- Hands-on expertise in BW modeling (ADSO, Composite Providers).

- Strong ABAP (mandatory) & AMDP (preferred).

- Experience with BEx Query Designer / Analysis for Office (AO).

- Solid understanding of data extraction (ECC, ODP, CDS Views).

- Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO (Finance domain).

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 8-10 years of SAP BI/BW experience.

- Strong hands-on developer mindset with ability to support architecture decisions.

- Experience working in BW 7.5 on HANA environments.

- Good communication & stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with Finance and IT stakeholders.
