Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP BW / SAP Datasphere / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to support enterprise-wide data warehousing, analytics, reporting, and cloud migration initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in SAP BW/BI, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP HANA, and ABAP development. The role requires a strong understanding of enterprise data warehousing concepts, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, reporting, SAP system integration, performance optimization, and cloud modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, enhance, and support solutions across SAP BW/BI, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

- Develop and maintain enterprise data warehouse models, data flows, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting solutions.

- Create, enhance, and optimize SAP BW objects, BEx Queries, SAP HANA models, and SAC dashboards.

- Develop and maintain ABAP routines, user exits, custom extractors, enhancements, and debugging solutions.

- Integrate SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and non-SAP data sources with enterprise analytics environments.

- Support migration and modernization of existing SAP BW/BI data models and reporting solutions to SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.

- Analyze system issues and perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across BW, HANA, Datasphere, and SAC environments.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, coding practices, documentation, and quality processes.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and other project stakeholders to deliver reliable analytics and reporting solutions.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing and development best practices.

- Provide production support and resolve technical issues within agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in SAP BW/BI and Enterprise Data Warehousing.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere.

- Minimum 3 years of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) development experience.

- Strong experience with SAP BW/4HANA and SAP BW 7.x.

- Strong expertise in SAP HANA Modeling and data warehousing concepts.

- Hands-on experience with BEx Query Designer, Analysis for Office (AFO), and SAP reporting tools.

- Strong ABAP development skills, including debugging, enhancements, routines, user exits, and custom extractor development.

- Experience integrating SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and non-SAP systems.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, SAP HANA SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.

- Experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support.

Preferred Skills:

- Snowflake, Databricks, Azure or other cloud data platforms.

- Cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

- Enterprise analytics and reporting solutions.

- Agile development environments.

- SAP certifications in BW, Datasphere, SAP HANA, or SAP Analytics Cloud.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.

- SAP certifications in SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA, or SAP Analytics Cloud will be considered an added advantage.
