Role Overview :

Yukti Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior SAP BW / SAP Datasphere / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant for an enterprise data warehousing, analytics, reporting, and cloud modernization role. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across SAP BW/BI, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP HANA, ABAP, SQL, data modelling, and enterprise data warehousing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, maintain, and support solutions across SAP BW/BI, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

- Develop and maintain enterprise data warehouse models, ETL/ELT processes, reporting solutions, and analytics applications.

- Create, enhance, and optimize SAP BW objects, BEx Queries, SAP HANA models, and SAC dashboards.

- Develop and maintain ABAP routines, user exits, custom extractors, enhancements, and debugging solutions.

- Integrate data from SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and non-SAP data sources.

- Support migration and modernization of SAP BW/BI data models and reporting solutions to SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.

- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support across BW, HANA, Datasphere, and SAC environments.

- Participate in technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, documentation requirements, and quality processes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable analytics and reporting solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Required Technical Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in SAP BW/BI and Enterprise Data Warehousing.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere.

- 3+ years of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) development experience.

- Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP BW 7.x.

- Strong understanding of SAP HANA Modeling and enterprise data warehousing concepts.

- Hands-on experience with BEx Query Designer and Analysis for Office (AFO).

- Strong ABAP development skills, including debugging, enhancements, routines, user exits, and custom extractor development.

- Experience integrating SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and non-SAP systems.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, SAP HANA SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and data modelling.

- Experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Strong understanding of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or other cloud data platforms will be an added advantage.

- Experience in cloud migration, modernization initiatives, enterprise analytics, and reporting solutions.

- Experience working in Agile development environments, along with strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications :

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

- SAP certifications in SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA, or SAP Analytics Cloud will be an added advantage.
