We are seeking an elite, hands-on SAP BTP Senior Consultant to architect, develop, and scale advanced enterprise solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform.

This high-impact role is tailored for senior technical experts who excel at building modern cloud extensions, leveraging cutting-edge AI integrations, and driving enterprise-wide digital transformation following SAP Clean Core principles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and develop enterprise-grade, scalable SAP BTP applications and side-by-side custom extensions.

- Build robust cloud-native applications using the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).

- Design and manage SAP HANA Cloud data models, database artifacts, and efficient data provisioning.

- Develop secure, high-performance APIs and integration services using REST, OData, OAuth 2.0, and SAP API Management.

- Seamlessly integrate heterogeneous SAP and non-SAP landscapes utilizing enterprise integration patterns and SAP Event Mesh.

- Deliver intuitive user experiences by building custom SAPUI5/Fiori applications and exposing robust backend capabilities.

- Drive next-generation innovation by integrating advanced AI services and deploying Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for AI-ready SAP operations.

- Enforce SAP Clean Core strategy, ensuring modularity, upgrade-stability, and adherence to enterprise CI/CD and Git version control standards.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with SAP functional teams (SuccessFactors, HCM, FI/CO, and MM) to translate complex business requirements into high-performing technical blueprints.

- Manage complete delivery lifecycles, including architecture reviews, technical estimations, risk mitigation, and incident/problem management.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience :

- Total Experience : 8 - 15 years of progressive IT experience, with a minimum of 4+ years dedicated specifically to SAP BTP development, custom extensions, and complex integrations.

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Methodologies : Familiarity with ITIL 4 frameworks, agile project execution, and enterprise application modernization strategies
