Role Overview :

As a Sr. SAP BTP Consultant (CAPM Specialist), you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for our clients. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into robust and scalable cloud-native applications.

You will leverage your deep expertise in SAP CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model) to build sophisticated solutions that integrate seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems. This role directly impacts our clients' ability to modernize their IT landscape, streamline business processes, and gain a competitive edge through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end solutions on SAP BTP using CAPM, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines, to meet complex business requirements.

- Lead the implementation of SAP Fiori applications with SAPUI5, leveraging OData services and CDS views, to provide users with intuitive and efficient user experiences.

- Integrate SAP BTP solutions with SAP S/4HANA and other on-premise or cloud systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless data flow, to enable end-to-end business processes.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment guides, to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability of solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment, to enhance team capabilities.

- Collaborate with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) specialists to integrate analytical dashboards and reports into BTP applications, providing real-time insights to business users.

- Optimize HANA database performance for CAPM-based applications, ensuring scalability and responsiveness, to support high-volume data processing.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex SAP BTP applications using CAPM, showcasing a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.

- Proven expertise in developing SAP Fiori applications with SAPUI5, including custom controls and extensions, demonstrating the ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

- Strong understanding of OData services and CDS views, with the ability to design and implement efficient data models for SAP BTP applications.

- Experience in integrating SAP BTP solutions with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless data flow.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

- 8- 16 years of experience in SAP development with a focus on SAP BTP, CAPM, and related technologies.
