Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant / Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in one or more BRIM components, including Sales Order Management (SOM), SAP Convergent Charging (CC), and Convergent Invoicing with Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (CI-FICA).

The role involves understanding complex business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, designing and configuring BRIM solutions, and supporting implementation, enhancement, integration, and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in SAP BRIM implementation, enhancement, and support projects across the complete project lifecycle.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis to identify appropriate SAP BRIM solutions.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.

- Configure and support one or more of the following BRIM components :

1. Sales Order Management (SOM) in SAP S/4HANA or SAP CRM

2. SAP Convergent Charging (CC)

3. Convergent Invoicing (CI-FICA)

- Work on order and contract management, including master data and transaction data.

- Configure and maintain SAP Convergent Charging product catalogs and price plans.

- Work with rating, charging, and billing processes for usage-based and recurring business models.

- Support Billable Item Management (BIM) and Consumption Item Management processes.

- Configure and support Convergent Invoicing, invoicing, posting areas, and billing processes.

- Work on partner settlement and related BRIM processes.

- Support CI-FICA integration, including :

1. Reconciliation Keys

2. Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable

3. General Ledger Transfer

4. FQ-Events

- Analyze integration issues across BRIM components and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.

- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, and configuration documents.

- Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and global delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 - 9 years of experience in SAP BRIM implementation, enhancement, or support.

- Strong understanding of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) processes.

- Hands-on configuration experience in one or more of :

1. SAP SOM

2. SAP Convergent Charging (CC)

3. CI-FICA

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP CRM in the context of BRIM solutions.

- Strong understanding of order and contract management.

- Experience working with master data and transaction data.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Charging product catalog and price plan configuration.

- Experience with one or more of :

1. Billable Item Management

2. Consumption Item Management

3. Convergent Invoicing

4. Billing and Invoicing

5. Posting Areas

6. Rating

7. Partner Settlement

- Strong understanding of CI-FICA integration.

- Experience with reconciliation keys, contract accounts receivable and payable, GL transfer, and FQ-Events.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
