Role Overview:

As a Senior SAP BDC Consultant, you will act as the technical lead for large-scale data migration and integration initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, solution architects, and client stakeholders to design and implement robust data pipelines that facilitate seamless transitions into cloud environments. Your role is pivotal in ensuring data integrity, optimizing performance, and enabling real-time decision-making capabilities for our clients by leveraging the latest SAP cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and execute complex data migration strategies using SAP BDC and modern ETL frameworks to ensure zero-downtime transitions for enterprise clients.

- Design end-to-end data integration workflows between on-premise SAP systems and SAP BTP to create a unified and scalable data landscape.

- Develop and maintain high-performance data models within SAP Datasphere to support advanced analytics and business intelligence requirements.

- Implement comprehensive data governance frameworks to maintain data quality, security, and compliance across all integrated cloud platforms.

- Configure and manage API-led connectivity to facilitate secure data exchange between disparate systems and third-party applications.

- Lead technical workshops and provide expert guidance to internal teams and clients on best practices for cloud-based data warehousing and integration.

Required Skillset:

- Proven expertise in SAP BDC, SAP Datasphere, and SAP BTP, with a deep understanding of how these tools integrate within a modern cloud architecture.

- Extensive experience in designing and managing complex ETL processes, data warehousing solutions, and data integration pipelines.

- Strong proficiency in API management and cloud integration patterns, ensuring secure and efficient communication between enterprise systems.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs, demonstrating a clear understanding of data governance and lifecycle management.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions.

- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience in SAP data management and architecture, preferably within a consulting environment.

- Demonstrated adaptability to work in a distributed, remote-first environment while maintaining high standards of delivery and team coordination.
