Job Description :

- Strong SAP Basis experience in analysing, designing, proposing, and delivering SAP Technical Architecture Solutions on cloud.

- Should be capable of deriving an SAP Roadmap for the IT Landscape and provide technical inputs on Best Practices and Recommendations for IT Transformation and Digital Enablement

- Design and implement SAP landscape architecture that meets business requirements and industry standards.

- Good Knowledge on all SAP technical components, including SAP NetWeaver, SAP S/4HANA, and various cloud and on-premises solutions.

- Good process knowledge on RISE, OS/DB Migrations, and all S/4HANA Implementation strategies.

- Deep knowledge on all SAP tools like SWPM, SUM, DMO and all downtime minimization techniques.

- Should be capable of leading and be an SME for the cutover activities of major projects.

- Documenting technical processes and procedures for all Major changes and SOP's

- Experience on SAP products beyond S/4 Hana. Understanding of industry specific SAP solutions.

- Understanding of Hardware trends, requirements, Sizing with knowledge on networking and Backup infrastructure

- Experience of design or operation of public or private cloud infrastructure

- Experience SAP BTP applications and On-premises to cloud integration.

- Should have experience in SAP Cloud Solutions Technical Presales involving SAP Hardware Sizing and SAP Landscape Designing.

- Provide expert-level guidance on SAP BASIS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of SAP applications.

- Propose comprehensive architecture roadmaps and solution designs that align with IT and business strategies.

- Client facing and Audit handling expertise.

- Must have strong knowledge on migrating and operating SAP on Azure / AWS/ GCP Public Cloud Infrastructure with a PaaS and SaaS

- Oversee SAP BASIS administration tasks, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and upgrades of SAP systems.

- Conduct regular performance tuning and capacity planning.

- Manage transport layers, landscape migration, and system refresh activities.

- Ensure optimal performance of SAP databases and application servers.

- Lead SAP cloud strategy, including cloud migrations, SAP HANA Cloud, and hybrid integrations.

- Design integrations with other platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and applications through API management, SAP BTP, and other middleware.

- Ensure seamless interoperability and data consistency between cloud and on-premises SAP systems.

- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery, including development, network, and security teams.

- Provide mentorship to BASIS administrators and other technical staff on SAP best practices.

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and audit requirements.

- Maintain data backup and disaster recovery plans for SAP environments.

- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery, including development, network, and security teams.

- Provide mentorship to BASIS administrators and other technical staff on SAP best practices.

- Stay focused with the latest SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP.

- Identify opportunities to improve existing SAP environments and processes for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

- Lead proof of concept initiatives to explore new SAP solutions and technology trends.

- Drive automation for routine tasks, performance monitoring, and system alerts to enhance operational efficiency.

- Plan and lead SAP BASIS and technical infrastructure projects, including new installations, migrations, and upgrades.

- Provide timeline, budget, and risk management for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Define and document technical requirements, processes, and procedures to support ongoing SAP operations.

- Collaborate with PMO and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and adherence to timelines.

- Troubleshoot complex SAP technical issues and provide resolution strategies.

- Establish root cause analysis processes and documentation for incidents.

- Create and maintain system recovery plans, supporting high availability and failover strategies.

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers and business users.

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Skills : SAP BASIS, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, HANA DB, Solution Manager, SAP Cloud Platform, knowledge of all DB's and integrations, Cloud Administration. (relevant certifications)

- Architecture and Design : Experience with large SAP landscapes, cloud integration, hybrid architectures.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to lead teams and resolve technical issues.

- Communication : Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
