Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HANA Senior Developer with strong expertise in developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP ABAP solutions optimized for SAP HANA. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CDS Views, AMDP, OData, enhancements, and interfaces, along with strong technical design, testing, debugging, and production support capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare detailed technical designs.

- Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP ABAP solutions optimized for SAP HANA.

- Develop and maintain :

1. CDS Views

2. AMDP

3. OData services

4. Reports

5. Interfaces

6. Conversions

7. Enhancements

8. Forms

- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to technical standards.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Identify and resolve technical issues and production defects.

- Perform root-cause analysis and implement appropriate solutions.

- Collaborate with functional and integration teams for end-to-end solution delivery.

- Support production environments and ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Take ownership of technical deliverables and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 - 9 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.

- Strong hands-on experience with ABAP on HANA.

- Hands-on expertise in :

1. CDS Views

2. AMDP

3. OData

4. Enhancements

5. Interfaces

- Strong experience in technical design, development, testing, debugging, and production support.

- Good understanding of performance tuning and optimization.

- Strong communication and delivery ownership.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.

- Exposure to SAP HANA-optimized development practices.
