Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. SAP ABAP Consultant to join our high-performing team in Maharashtra. In this capacity, you will serve as a technical anchor for complex SAP S/4 HANA transformation projects, specifically focusing on large-scale Greenfield implementations. You will work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to translate intricate business requirements into scalable, high-performance technical solutions.

Your day-to-day will involve architecting custom RICEF objects, optimizing database interactions through modern SAP development paradigms, and ensuring seamless system integration. By driving technical excellence, you will directly influence the efficiency of our clients' digital core, ensuring their SAP landscape is robust, future-proof, and aligned with global business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop complex RICEF objects to address unique business process gaps within Greenfield S/4 HANA environments, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality coding standards.

- Architect and implement advanced data modeling solutions using CDS Views and AMDPs to significantly enhance system performance and reporting capabilities for end-users.

- Lead the integration strategy by configuring and troubleshooting IDocs, BAPIs, and BADIs, ensuring seamless data flow across the enterprise ecosystem.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform deep-dive technical analysis and code reviews, maintaining system integrity and reducing technical debt.

- Provide expert-level guidance during the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and technical design to deployment and post-go-live support, ensuring project milestones are met with precision.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP S/4 HANA development, with a deep understanding of modern ABAP programming models, including CDS Views, AMDPs, and OData services.

- Proven ability to design and implement complex RICEF objects, utilizing BAPIs, BADIs, and IDocs to solve intricate integration challenges in large-scale enterprise environments.

- Strong consultative communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence project decision-making.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating high-pressure project environments and delivering results within tight timelines.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 8 - 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP development.

- High degree of adaptability to hybrid work environments, maintaining consistent productivity and collaboration across distributed project teams in Maharashtra.
