We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce ServiceMax Consultant / Lead to join our team and drive impactful ServiceMax implementations.

Experience Required :

- 8 to 10 years of overall experience

- Minimum 4+ years of ServiceMax implementation experience

- Important : Only candidates with strong expertise in ServiceMax will be considered.

Key Responsibilities & Skills :

- 4+ years of ServiceMax implementation with strong design and development expertise

- Experience designing and developing technical solutions on the Salesforce platform

- Good understanding of ServiceMax and Service Cloud

- Experience working in an Agile development model

- Strong client-facing communication skills with IT teams and business users

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred :

- SFDC Certification (DEV 401)

- ServiceMax Certified Professional
