Senior Salesforce Platform Technical Lead

This position requires experienced professionals with hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform technologies.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Platform Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and OmniStudio, along with proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and architecture

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions

Solution Design & Development :

- Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform with a focus on Health Cloud

- Develop and configure applications using OmniStudio (Vlocity) components such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures

- Ensure best practices in coding, configuration, and platform governance

Integration & Customization :

- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems

- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Components, and declarative tools

- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of solutions

Quality Assurance & Deployment :

- Oversee code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes

- Ensure adherence to CI/CD practices and release management standards

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with business teams, architects, and project managers

- Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and platform architecture

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud

- Expertise in OmniStudio (Vlocity)

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations

- Experience leading development teams and managing technical deliverables

- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security, and data models

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in healthcare domain projects

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiese for IT Company.
