Job Description :

- 12+ years of Salesforce platform experience in enterprise environments

- 3+ years in a people-management role leading global or cross-regional teams

- Proven ownership of Lead-to-Cash processes at scale

- Strong experience operating in Agile/hybrid delivery models

- Demonstrated experience influencing senior leadership and governance forums

- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification

- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification

Technical & Functional Skills :

- Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and data models

- Proven experience and understanding in the following architectural areas : Data Architecture, Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architecture, Identity and Access Management Architecture, Integration Architecture & Sharing and Visibility Architecture.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ+, along with integration experience with finance systems using Boomi/Mulesoft preferred.

- Experience overseeing complex integrations and enterprise systems

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

- Excellent communication skills across technical and executive audiences

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience :

- Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology organisations

- Experience leading multi-platform Business Automation or Digital Transformation programs

- Prior consulting or advisory background

- Experience in Partner and Marketing process

- Experience in Service Cloud process

- Experience leading global teams and complex integrations

- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification

- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
