Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Manager to lead Salesforce strategy, platform ownership, governance, business automation, and enterprise Lead-to-Cash capabilities. The role will involve architecture oversight, global team management, stakeholder engagement, integrations, and platform governance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and manage the Salesforce and Business Automation strategy and roadmap.

- Own Salesforce platform governance, architecture, investment, and prioritization.

- Lead global Salesforce teams including Managers, Administrators, and Analysts.

- Drive Lead-to-Cash processes across Sales, Finance, and Support.

- Provide architectural oversight for Salesforce and enterprise integrations.

- Manage data governance, security, migration, quality, and compliance.

- Oversee Agile delivery, release planning, testing, UAT, and delivery quality.

- Partner with senior leadership to align Salesforce initiatives with business objectives.

- Manage vendors and system integrators.

- Drive platform optimization, automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform in enterprise environments.

- 3+ years of experience in people management, preferably with global teams.

- Strong experience in Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Architecture, Data Architecture, Integration Architecture, Security, and Sharing & Visibility.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ / CPQ+.

- Experience with enterprise integrations such as NetSuite, MuleSoft, Boomi, Conga CLM, DocuSign, Marketo, and Salesloft.

- Strong Agile / hybrid delivery experience.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.

- Salesforce Advanced Administrator OR Platform App Builder certification.

Good to Have :

- Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud experience.

- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

- SaaS or high-growth technology experience.

- Digital transformation / business automation experience.

- Consulting or advisory background.
