Job Description :

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce development with strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)

- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce FSL modules including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Dispatch Console, and Mobile App

- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs

- Experience integrating Salesforce FSL with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms

- Expertise in scheduling policies, optimization rules, territory management, and field service workflows

- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and mobile workforce management solutions

- Experience in deployment, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support

- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules

- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams

- Salesforce FSL certification and Agile/Scrum experience will be an added advantage
