Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to lead Salesforce DevOps, release management, and CI/CD initiatives while ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of enterprise Salesforce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Salesforce development, DevOps automation, environment management, and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain DevOps processes for Salesforce applications across development, testing, and production environments.

- Develop and support solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

- Build and maintain custom Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Triggers, and Flows.

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or equivalent DevOps tools.

- Manage source control, branching strategies, code reviews, release planning, and deployment automation.

- Administer Salesforce environments, including Dev Hub, Scratch Orgs, and Sandboxes.

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.

- Perform production support, root cause analysis, incident resolution, and platform performance optimization.

- Implement Salesforce security, governance, release management, and application lifecycle management (ALM) best practices.

- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

- Evaluate and implement emerging Salesforce DevOps tools and AI capabilities to improve engineering productivity.

Required Skills :

- 10-15 years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Triggers, and Flows.

- Experience building enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, and Platform Events.

- Strong proficiency with Git, GitHub, branching strategies, and code review processes.

- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, release management, ALM, and environment management.

- Experience managing Dev Hub, Scratch Orgs, Sandboxes, and production deployments.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Salesforce AI, Einstein AI, or Agentforce.

- Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or AWS Bedrock.

- Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into Salesforce applications.

- Knowledge of prompt engineering and Generative AI solution development.

Education (Mandatory) :

- Full-time B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MS, or M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
