Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer with strong experience in managing Salesforce deployment pipelines, CI/CD processes, and release management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise with Copado and a strong understanding of Salesforce development and deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Copado.

- Design, configure, and maintain deployment pipelines across multiple Salesforce environments.

- Manage Salesforce metadata deployments, version control, branching, merging, and release processes.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD automation for Salesforce deployments.

- Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, and business teams to coordinate releases.

- Troubleshoot deployment failures, merge conflicts, validation issues, and environment-related problems.

- Manage Salesforce release cycles, including development, integration, UAT, and production deployments.

- Configure and maintain Copado pipelines, user stories, environments, and deployment processes.

- Integrate Salesforce DevOps processes with tools such as Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket and Jenkins.

- Establish best practices around source control, code quality, deployment governance, and release management.

- Monitor deployment activities and ensure successful and timely releases.

- Support Salesforce development teams with environment management and deployment-related issues.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps.

- Strong hands-on experience with Copado.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management.

- Experience with Salesforce metadata, Change Sets, SFDX, and Salesforce CLI.

- Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems.

- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.

- Good understanding of Salesforce environments such as Sandbox, QA/UAT, and Production.

- Experience with deployment automation, validation, rollback, and troubleshooting.

- Understanding of Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration to effectively support development and deployment teams.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Certification of Copado Fundamentals I Source Format and/or Copado Essentials+ will be preferred.
