Role Overview :

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will serve as a technical lead responsible for architecting and implementing complex solutions that address unique business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, business analysts, and client stakeholders to translate high-level requirements into scalable, high-performance technical designs. Your day-to-day contributions will directly influence the efficiency of client operations, ensuring that the Salesforce platform remains a reliable and agile engine for their business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components to meet specific client requirements and enhance platform functionality.

- Configure and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments to ensure seamless business process automation and improved user productivity.

- Architect complex business logic using Flows and declarative tools to minimize technical debt and maintain system performance.

- Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle by implementing robust CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices to ensure reliable deployments.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and provide scalable solutions that align with long-term business objectives.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity across all projects.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in developing sophisticated solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components, and advanced Flow orchestration.

- Proven ability to manage complex deployments using Git and modern CI/CD tools to ensure consistent and error-free release cycles.
