We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in .Net to join our engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex enterprise Salesforce ecosystems and robust .Net-based backend architectures. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications that drive our core business processes. By leveraging your expertise in both Salesforce and cloud-native technologies, you will play a pivotal role in delivering scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that directly enhance user experience and operational productivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning framework to meet evolving business requirements.

- Design and develop high-performance RESTful Web APIs using .Net to ensure seamless data integration between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.

- Orchestrate containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure consistent application performance and scalability across environments.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines within a DevOps framework to accelerate release cycles and maintain high code quality standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring that all deliverables align with long-term architectural goals.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in Salesforce development, specifically in Apex, LWC, and Lightning, coupled with extensive experience in building robust RESTful Web APIs using .Net.

- Proven ability to manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and efficient resource utilization.

- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools, with a track record of streamlining deployment processes in large-scale enterprise environments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence project direction.

- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving architectural bottlenecks.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable institution.
