We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 8-9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sales/ Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce architecture while mentoring development teams and driving technical delivery.

Banking / Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development.

- Develop and review Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce pages.

- Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best-practice guidance to development teams.

- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

- Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and production support.

- Mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence across the team.

Required Skills:

- 8-9 years of Salesforce experience.

2. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

3. Aura Components

4. Visualforce

5. SOQL/SOSL

6. Flows and Process Automation

- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and external system integrations.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, and deployment tools.

- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills:

- Banking, Financial Services, Lending, or FinTech domain experience.

- Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience.

- MuleSoft integration experience.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.

- Salesforce Architect certifications are a plus.
