Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer to join our high-performing engineering team in Hyderabad, Chennai, or Bangalore. In this role, you will serve as a technical anchor, designing and implementing complex, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform that drive digital transformation for our global clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, business analysts, and key stakeholders to translate intricate business requirements into robust technical architectures. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our customer-facing operations and play a pivotal role in optimizing business outcomes through innovative cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable Salesforce applications using Apex and the Lightning Component Framework to meet evolving business demands.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from technical design and coding to unit testing and deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in software engineering to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.

- Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic recommendations that enhance system functionality and user experience.

- Optimize existing Salesforce configurations and custom code to improve platform performance, security, and maintainability for end-users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex business logic using Apex and creating dynamic, responsive user interfaces via the Lightning Component Framework.

- Proven ability to design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate within a distributed, hybrid work environment.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, client-centric setting.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security architecture.

- 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, showcasing a consistent ability to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
