Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Senior Developer with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, working closely with stakeholders, and mentoring junior developers while ensuring best practices across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

- Build high-quality, reusable components using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Develop and optimize SOQL queries for efficient data handling.

- Implement and manage Salesforce Flows and automation processes.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.

- Work on end-to-end CRM implementations, including requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.

- Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.

- Mentor and guide junior developers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

Strong hands-on experience with :

- Apex Development

- Lightning Web Components (LWC) (minimum 3+ years)

- SOQL and data handling

- Salesforce Flows (mandatory)

- Unit Testing & Code Coverage

- Integrations

- Solid understanding of Salesforce (Force.com Platform) including configuration and customization.

- Basic understanding of OmniStudio (mandatory).

- Experience with Data Cloud (mandatory).

Experience working with at least one Salesforce Cloud :

- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud

- Strong knowledge of data modeling, relational databases, and ETL tools.

- Experience with REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.

- Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.

- At least one Salesforce Certification (Platform Developer I preferred).

- Strong communication and client-facing experience.

- Proven experience in end-to-end CRM project implementation.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Financial Services Cloud or Agentforce.

- Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
