Job Description:

- Lead platform build across Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative automation, with a strong emphasis on Experience Cloud (LWR/Aura) portal features.

- Own technical patterns; run code reviews; mentor the Developer and QA.

- Hands-on DevOps using tools like Gearset, Flosum, or similar - deployments, branching, back-promotion, sandbox/environment management.

- Work within an AI-assisted delivery process - use AI coding tools and agentic workflows as a core part of day-to-day build.

Required:

- 8+ years Salesforce development - Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, integrations (REST/SOAP).

- Hands-on Experience Cloud build (LWR and Aura).

- Production DevOps experience with Gearset, Flosum, or similar CI/CD tools.

- Hands-on with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar) and agentic/vibe-coding workflows; comfortable driving AI-assisted delivery.

- Experience on at least one prior Agentforce implementation project - Agent Builder, topics/actions, Agent Script, prompt & context engineering, testing.

- Platform Developer I/II.
