Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Process Builder.

- Develop efficient, reusable, and scalable Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and test classes.

- Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework.

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Work with middleware platforms and third-party tools for enterprise system integrations.

- Perform data modeling, migration, transformation, and data-quality activities.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency across Salesforce environments.

- Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and version-control systems.

- Work with tools such as Git and Copado for source control and automated deployments.

- Monitor and optimize Salesforce application and custom-code performance.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and other technical teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.

Required Candidate Profile :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Test Classes.

- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and other declarative configuration tools.

- Strong experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and external system connectivity.

- Experience with Salesforce data modeling, migration, and transformation.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and governor limits.

- Experience with Git, Copado, and CI/CD-based Salesforce deployments.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-optimization skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
