Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer to join our high-performing engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will serve as a technical anchor, designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that drive complex business processes.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate intricate requirements into robust, high-performance technical architectures.

Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our customer-facing platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and maintaining the integrity of our enterprise-grade Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop complex Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components to solve critical business challenges for our global stakeholders.

- Optimize system performance by writing efficient SOQL and SOSL queries, ensuring that our data-heavy applications remain responsive and scalable.

- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in development to maintain high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability across the organization.

- Collaborate with project managers and business leads to translate high-level functional requirements into technical design specifications that align with long-term business goals.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce environment to minimize downtime and enhance the overall reliability of our CRM platform.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building custom applications using Salesforce Lightning, LWC, and Apex, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture.

- Proven ability to design complex data models and write highly optimized SOQL/SOSL queries to handle large-scale data sets effectively.

- Strong proficiency in Javascript and modern web development practices to create intuitive and highly interactive user interfaces.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Bangalore, fostering knowledge sharing and team growth.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 7 - 11 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architectural design.

- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs while maintaining a high level of professional integrity and technical rigor.
