Position : Senior Salesforce Developer

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Perform advanced customizations, enhancements, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions following best practices.

- Customize Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices.

- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements.

- Manage deployment processes, including sandbox management, production releases, and release management.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.

Candidate Requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce declarative tools.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security concepts.

- Proven experience in custom integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration.

- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern JS framework (React or Angular preferred).

- Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Lightning Experience/LWC.

- Must hold one of Salesforce Platform Developer I & II/Salesforce Administrator certification along with one or more of Einstein AI/Agentforce/Tableau certifications.
