Role : Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of experience and strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

The role requires mandatory knowledge of DevOps practices and version control (Git), along with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce development frameworks.

Key Skills:

- Salesforce Development: Apex, LWC, Flows, Sales & Service Cloud

- DevOps & Version Control: Git, CI/CD (mandatory)

- Frameworks & Best Practices: fflib, Universal Mock, Flow Orchestration

- Strong understanding of Salesforce coding standards, testing, and deployment

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-quality custom applications using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform tools to meet specific client business needs.

- Architect complex business processes using Flow Orchestration to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention for end-users.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure seamless, error-free deployment cycles across multiple environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize existing Salesforce configurations for better performance.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality and technical documentation.
