Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Apex Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Enterprise Integrations, and Salesforce Platform Engineering. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing scalable Salesforce solutions, building reusable Lightning components, developing robust integrations, and driving engineering excellence across enterprise Salesforce implementations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience building production-grade Apex solutions, event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, API integrations, and scalable Salesforce applications. The role requires expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud customization, large data volume management, and modern DevOps practices. The successful candidate will collaborate with architects, product owners, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders while contributing to technical design, code quality, platform optimization, and enterprise integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Apex & Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain production-grade Apex solutions including: Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Schedulable Apex, Future Methods, Invocable Actions.

- Implement scalable trigger frameworks and Apex Enterprise design patterns.

- Build asynchronous and event-driven workflows using: Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), Pub/Sub API.

- Develop optimized SOQL and SOSL queries for high-performance applications.

- Refactor legacy code into maintainable service-layer architectures and reusable frameworks.

- Write comprehensive unit tests with meaningful assertions and high code coverage.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across synchronous and asynchronous execution contexts.

Lightning Web Components (LWC) :

- Develop reusable, scalable, and high-performance Lightning Web Components.

- Build applications for: Service Console, Experience Cloud, Custom Salesforce Applications.

- Utilize: Lightning Data Service, Wire Adapters, Lightning Message Service, Imperative Apex Calls.

- Implement component communication using events, LMS, and pub/sub patterns.

- Develop responsive, accessible, and SLDS-compliant user interfaces.

- Modernize and migrate legacy Aura Components to Lightning Web Components where applicable.

Integrations :

- Design and implement Salesforce REST and SOAP integrations with enterprise systems.

- Integrate Salesforce with: ERP Platforms, Billing Systems, Data Warehouses, Third-Party Applications.

- Develop secure integration solutions using : OAuth 2.0, JWT Authentication, Named Credentials, External Credentials, Mutual TLS.

- Build inbound and outbound APIs with Versioning, Error Handling, Retry Mechanisms, Idempotency Controls.

- Implement event-driven integration patterns using Platform Events.

- Collaborate with middleware teams working on MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar integration platforms.

Salesforce Platform & Data Management :

- Design scalable Salesforce data models and object relationships.

- Implement security, sharing, visibility, and access control models.

- Optimize solutions for Large Data Volume (LDV) environments.

- Configure and extend Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud capabilities.

- Build scalable automation using Flows and Apex based on platform best practices.

- Support data archiving, indexing strategies, and performance optimization initiatives.

DevOps & Engineering Excellence :

- Follow SFDX-based development practices and source-driven deployment models.

- Work with Git-based version control and Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.

- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and design discussions.

- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to improve deployment quality and release automation.

- Document technical designs, implementation approaches, and architectural decisions.

- Drive adherence to Salesforce development standards and engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Expert-level Apex development expertise including: Trigger Frameworks, Asynchronous Processing, Exception Handling, Unit Testing, Performance Optimization.

- Strong experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) in production environments.

- Experience building and maintaining Salesforce REST and SOAP integrations.

- Strong understanding of: Salesforce Data Model, Sharing & Visibility, Governor Limits, SOQL/SOSL Optimization.

- Experience working with: Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), Event-Driven Architectures.

- Strong experience with: SFDX, Git, Salesforce CI/CD Pipelines.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS for LWC development.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using: Debug Logs, Developer Console, Replay Debugger, Apex Log Analyzer.

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with AWS-based integrations and middleware platforms.

- Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) customization.

- Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud development.

- Hands-on experience with Apex Enterprise Patterns (fflib / Apex Common).

- Experience optimizing Large Data Volume (LDV) Salesforce environments.

- Familiarity with Postman, Workbench, Data Loader, VS Code.

- Experience with Copado, Gearset, DevOps Center, or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.

- Exposure to MuleSoft, Boomi, or enterprise integration platforms.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II Certifications.

- Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation programs.
