Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Copado DevOps automation to join a dynamic and fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications

- Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Manage Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado

- Work on Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, APIs, and integrations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions

- Participate in the complete SDLC lifecycle

- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers

- Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and scalability

- Maintain deployment processes and metadata management

Must-Have Skills:

- 6+ years of overall software development experience

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience

- Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce customization

- 3+ years of hands-on LWC development experience

- 2+ years of experience with Copado for Salesforce DevOps & CI/CD

- Experience with Git/version control and branching strategies

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and governor limits

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce Certifications (PD1/PD2, Architect certifications)

- Experience with Service Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud

- REST/SOAP API integrations

- Salesforce DX, VS Code, automated testing frameworks

- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, XML
