- Lead the end-to-end technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers on coding standards, best practices,

and performance optimization.

- Design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein

Bots/Chatbots.

- Design and implement complex business logic using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs,

queueables, schedulables, and LWC components.

- Review and optimize existing implementations for performance, maintainability, and

scalability.

- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate business

requirements into robust technical designs.

- Lead and participate in code reviews, unit testing, and UAT support to ensure high code

quality.

- Drive integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and

Middleware tools.

- Define and implement release management, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best

practices (Git, Copado, or Gearset).

- Maintain and enforce data security, governance, and compliance standards in Salesforce

environments.

- 7 - 10 years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical lead

capacity.

- Advanced knowledge of Apex (triggers, classes, batch jobs, queueables) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Chatbots (Einstein/Omni-Channel).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

- Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Platform Events.

- Expertise in Custom Metadata, Custom Settings, Flows, and Process Builder.

- Hands-on experience with Version Control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins).

- Ability to guide developers through design reviews, technical troubleshooting, and code

optimization.

- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
