Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Integration Specialist to lead the design,

development, and optimization of enterprise-grade integration solutions between Salesforce and

external systems. The candidate will act as the technical lead for Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce integrations, middleware technologies, API management, real-time and batch integration patterns, as well as data governance and security best practices.

Core Responsibilities :

1. Integration Architecture & Development :

- Informatica IICS Development

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end integration solutions using :

- Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)

- Cloud Data Integration (CDI)

- Cloud Application Integration (CAI)

- Build complex mappings, task flows, schedules, and orchestration processes.

- Salesforce API Integration

Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce :

- REST APIs

- SOAP APIs

- Bulk APIs

- Streaming APIs

- Ensure efficient and scalable data exchange between Salesforce and external systems.

- Middleware & Enterprise Integrations

Build robust integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as :

- SAP

- Oracle

- Snowflake

- AWS

- Other third-party applications

Utilize Informatica connectors and middleware capabilities for seamless integration.

2. Technical Strategy & Governance :

- Integration Pattern Design

Analyze business requirements and determine the most suitable integration pattern such as :

- Request-Reply

- Fire-and-Forget

- Batch Processing

- Publish/Subscribe

- Change Data Capture (CDC)

- Event-Driven Architecture

- Error Handling & Monitoring

Design and implement advanced error-handling frameworks including :

- Automated alerts

- Retry mechanisms

- Failure tracking

- Data reconciliation processes

- Ensure complete data integrity and prevent record loss during integrations.

Security & Compliance :

Implement secure integration mechanisms using :

- OAuth 2.0

- JWT Authentication

- SSL/TLS protocols

- Encryption at rest and in transit

- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and data governance policies.

3. Performance Optimization & Scalability :

- High-Volume Data Processing

- Optimize Informatica mappings and workflows for handling large-scale data volumes.

Improve performance of Salesforce SOQL/SOSL queries while ensuring compliance with :

- Governor limits

- API limits

- Platform performance standards

- Real-Time & Event-Driven Integrations

Architect near real-time integrations using :

- Salesforce Platform Events

- Change Data Capture (CDC)

- Event-based processing frameworks

- System Performance Tuning

- Analyze and troubleshoot integration bottlenecks.

- Improve processing efficiency, scalability, and reliability of integration solutions.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- 7+ Years of overall experience in Data Integration and Enterprise Integration solutions.

Minimum 4+ Years of hands-on experience with :

- Informatica IICS / PowerCenter

- Salesforce Integrations

Salesforce Expertise :

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model and integration architecture.

Hands-on experience in :

- Apex Integration Services

- Outbound Messaging

- Platform Events

- Salesforce APIs

API & Integration Knowledge :

Strong understanding of :

- REST

- SOAP

- JSON

- XML

- WSDL

- RAML

Database & SQL Skills :

Expert-level SQL skills for :

- Data transformation

- Data validation

- Query optimization

- Troubleshooting integration issues

Informatica Expertise :

Strong hands-on experience in :

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ integrations.

- Exposure to AWS, Snowflake, or enterprise cloud platforms.
