Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant with 6+ years of experience to design, build, and deliver Salesforce solutions independently while contributing to solution design and integration workstreams.

This role requires strong hands-on development skills along with the ability to engage in client discussions and guide junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Async Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Configure and optimize automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Workflow.

- Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and work with middleware/connected systems (e.g., SFMC, Workday, Postman for testing).

- Participate in solution designing sessions, providing technical input on feasibility and best-fit approaches.

- Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity during transitions.

- Contribute to user story grooming, providing effort estimates and identifying technical risks early.

- Guide and review the work of Consultant-level team members, providing technical mentorship.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and validation rules to support business reporting needs.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience.

- Strong command of Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce.

- Solid experience with Salesforce administration: Flow Builder, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Formula Fields, Reports & Dashboards.

- Experience with REST API integrations; exposure to middleware/connected platforms (SFMC, Workday, Boomi, or similar) is a plus.

- Prior experience in client-facing or consulting engagements preferred.

Qualification & Skill:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Platform Developer II or Admin certification preferred.

- Tools: Visual Studio Code, Workbench, Jira, Postman, Conga, Avalara, Docusign.

- Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable working directly with business stakeholders.

- Exposure to solution designing and data migration practices.
