Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Consultant to support 3rd party tools like Gong, SaleLoft, and NiCE Work Force Management. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can bridge business requirements with technical implementation, work closely with stakeholders across sales operations, legal, security, and engineering, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for Gong, SaleLoft, and NiCE Work Force Management.

- Solid knowledge and hands-on configuration experience with Gong, SaleLoft, and NiCE Work Force Management.

- Serve as the primary BSA liaison between Sales and Support business stakeholders and the technical delivery team.

- Develop detailed user stories, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and process documentation.

- Drive UAT planning, test case development, and defect triage with business users.

- Support change management, training documentation, and go-live readiness activities.

- Ensures the application is supported by creating comprehensive requirement documentation and test cases.

Basic Skill:

- 7 years of Salesforce BSA / Consultant experience with at least 3 years at a senior level.

- Deep hands-on experience with Gong, SaleLoft, and NiCE Work Force Management configuration, customization, and optimization.

Preferred Skill:

- Excellent stakeholder management skills comfortable partnering with Sr Manager/director level business leaders.

- Hands-on domain knowledge in business processes and systems that support Sales.

- A strong sense of urgency to help customers and the ability to identify insights and deliver quality, innovative experiences quickly.

- Strong documentation and process mapping skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.

Suggested Skill:

- Experience with Gong, SaleLoft, and NiCE Work Force Management.

- Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
