Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and administer the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability

- Handle data migration, data quality, and data governance processes

- Support and troubleshoot existing integrations, including debugging and performance enhancement

- Configure and customize Salesforce using: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components / Lightning Experience

- Identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues and bugs

- Enhance system functionality through custom development and automation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions

- Support deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and SFDX tools

- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Development

Strong expertise in :

1. Salesforce configuration and customization

2. Apex programming and debugging

3. Visualforce and Lightning frameworks

- Hands-on experience in :

i. Data migration and data handling tools

ii. Integration support and troubleshooting

Working knowledge of :

a. CI/CD tools

b. Salesforce DX (SFDX)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
