About the role :


The RPA Senior Developer plays a critical role in driving Intelligent Automation initiatives across the organization, with a strong focus on Blue Prism as the core enterprise RPA platform. This role is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting scalable, secure, and resilient automation solutions that integrate with SAP, enterprise applications, and cloud services. The position operates within a governed RPA CoE model and works closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver high -quality automation outcomes aligned with enterprise standards and digital transformation objectives.

What you will do :

- Design, develop, and maintain end to end RPA solutions using Blue Prism, adhering to enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

- Build reusable, scalable Blue Prism objects and processes with robust exception handling, logging, and work queue design for high-volume processing.

- Participate in the full automation lifecycle including requirement analysis, solution design (PDD/TDD), development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Collaborate with business, SAP, application, and infrastructure teams to integrate RPA solutions with SAP ECC/S4, web applications, APIs, databases, and file systems.

- Support Control Room operations including scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of bots in

production environments.

- Contribute to RPA governance by enforcing development standards, SDLC processes, change management, and release controls.

- Develop and support Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) solutions where applicable, ensuring alignment with enterprise automation strategy.

- Explore and implement Azure Cloud and Gen AI integrations (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence) to enable intelligent automation use cases such as unstructured data processing and decision support.

- Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and operational handover materials to support audit, support, and scalability needs.

Minimum qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on RPA experience, with strong enterprise scale delivery exposure; overall IT experience of 58 years is preferred.

- Blue Prism Developer Certification (mandatory or strongly preferred).

- Proven experience delivering RPA solutions in production environments with high availability, performance, and compliance requirements.

- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

Technical Skills :

1. Core (Mandatory) :

- Blue Prism : Advanced development of processes and objects, work queues, exception handling, Control Room operations, credential management, and environment configuration.

2. Secondary (Strong Advantage) :

- Power Automate : Cloud flows, Desktop flows (PAD), connectors, error handling, retries, environment variables, and ALM concepts.

Cloud & Integration :

- Azure : Azure fundamentals, Azure Infrastructure, API integrations, authentication mechanisms, and basic cloud security concepts.

- Experience integrating RPA solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP, databases (SQL), SharePoint, REST/SOAP APIs, and file based interfaces.

Gen AI / Intelligent Automation (Added Advantage) :

- Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, or Cognitive Services for unstructured data extraction, document processing, and intelligent decision support.

- Experience combining Gen AI capabilities with RPA platforms to build intelligent, end to end.
