We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Consultant/Engineer to join our RPA development team (RPA Non-Finance). In this role, the Engineer will architect, build, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions. They will serve as the technical anchor for our automation practice, leveraging UiPath as the primary tool alongside Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax RPA). The ideal candidate will combine strong core programming logic (Python/Go) with advanced RPA framework architecture, database management, and API integrations to deliver highly scalable and resilient workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & Development Architect and build end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath and Tungsten Automation (Kofax), following best practices for scalability, reusability, and maintainability.

- Process Analysis Conduct process discovery workshops with business stakeholders, evaluate automation feasibility, and produce Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).

- Database & Data Management Write and optimize complex SQL queries; design and interact with relational databases to support automation workflows and reporting pipelines.

- API & Systems Integration Integrate RPA bots with enterprise systems via RESTful and SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services to enable seamless data exchange across platforms.

- Scripting & Custom Development Extend automation capabilities through custom code components in Python or Go, covering data transformation, error handling utilities, and service connectors.

- Bot Lifecycle Management Own the full lifecycle of automations from development and UAT through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

- Mentorship Guide and review the work of junior RPA developers, enforcing coding standards, version control practices, and framework governance.

- Incident Management Triage and resolve production bot failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

- Documentation Maintain thorough technical documentation, runbooks, and change logs to support team knowledge transfer and audit compliance.

Required Skills :

- UiPath Expertise : 5+ years of intensive, hands-on experience with the UiPath Ecosystem (Advanced Studio, Orchestrator management, and heavy customization of the Robotic Enterprise Framework / RE Framework using queues).

- Tungsten Automation / Kofax : Core working knowledge and experience developing or migrating workflows within Tungsten Automation (Kofax RPA) platforms.

- Advanced SQL & Databases : High proficiency in database operations and writing optimized SQL queries/stored procedures (MySQL, Oracle).

- System Integrations : Strong experience executing API integrations (consuming and handling JSON/XML payloads via REST and SOAP) inside automation workflows.

- Programming Foundations : Solid coding proficiency in Python or Go to manage complex, non-UI programmatic tasks.

Nice to Have :

- UiPath certification

- Experience in a regulated industry (logistics)

- Exposure to cloud platforms or CI/CD pipelines
