Senior RPA Automation Developer - UiPath

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior RPA UiPath Developer with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath, Python, Intelligent Automation, and AI/GenAI technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting scalable automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.

The role involves working on end-to-end RPA solutions, including process automation, workflow development, Document Understanding, OCR, API integrations, and AI/ML-powered automation. The ideal candidate should also have experience with REFramework, SQL, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities :

RPA Development :

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath.

- Develop scalable and reusable automation workflows using UiPath Studio.

- Build and manage automation processes through UiPath Orchestrator.

- Implement robust exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and transaction management.

- Follow UiPath development best practices, coding standards, and reusable component design.

- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective automation solutions.

- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support for automation workflows.

UiPath & REFramework :

- Develop automation solutions using UiPath REFramework.

- Configure workflows for transaction-based processing and exception handling.

- Implement business and system exception handling mechanisms.

- Configure queues, assets, credentials, triggers, jobs, and processes in UiPath Orchestrator.

- Monitor automation jobs and resolve production failures.

- Optimize existing UiPath workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Python & AI Integration :

- Develop Python scripts and components to support RPA and intelligent automation use cases.

- Integrate Python-based solutions with UiPath workflows.

- Build automation solutions leveraging AI/ML and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

- Work with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered automation use cases.

- Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and other LLM-based services into automation workflows.

- Develop solutions for intelligent document processing, text extraction, classification, summarization, and information processing.

- Evaluate opportunities to combine traditional RPA with AI/GenAI capabilities.

Document Understanding & OCR :

- Design and implement document-processing automation using UiPath Document Understanding.

- Work with OCR technologies for extracting structured information from unstructured documents.

- Configure document classification, data extraction, validation, and processing workflows.

- Automate processing of invoices, forms, statements, reports, and other business documents.

- Improve extraction accuracy through appropriate validation and exception-handling mechanisms.

Intelligent Automation :

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and rule-based business processes.

- Design end-to-end intelligent automation solutions combining RPA, AI, NLP, OCR, and GenAI.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and automation requirements.

- Contribute to automation solution architecture and technical design.

- Develop reusable automation components to accelerate future RPA implementations.

Database & API Integration :

- Work with SQL databases for data retrieval, updates, validation, and automation workflows.

- Develop SQL queries for automation-related data processing and reporting.

- Integrate RPA workflows with databases, APIs, web applications, and enterprise systems.

- Troubleshoot data and integration-related issues across automation workflows.

DevOps & CI/CD :

- Use Git for source-code management and version control.

- Work with Azure DevOps for code repositories, work items, build pipelines, and deployment processes.

- Support CI/CD implementation for UiPath automation solutions.

- Follow appropriate branching, code review, release, and deployment practices.

- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to improve automation deployment processes.

Testing & Production Support :

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support for automation solutions.

- Troubleshoot automation failures and production incidents.

- Monitor deployed automations through UiPath Orchestrator.

- Analyze logs and identify root causes of application, workflow, or integration failures.

- Implement fixes, enhancements, and performance improvements.

- Maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and support guides.
