- PhD from IIT (mandatory)

- PhD completion year : 2014 - 2019

- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML

- 6 - 7 years of experience post-PhD

Role Overview :

As a Sr. Research Engineer, you will work on cutting-edge AI/ML problems, translate research into scalable solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.

- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Applied AI

- Proven experience in research, experimentation, and real-world deployment

- Strong publication record and/or patents are a plus

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and contribute to advanced AI/ML research initiatives

- Design, develop, and optimize ML models for real-world applications

- Publish research findings and contribute to IP creation
