Position Details :

Position : Senior Quality Engineer Salesforce

Experience : 6+ Years

Location : Noida (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, API, UAT, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.

- Review business requirements and solution designs to ensure complete test coverage.

- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, and traceability matrices.

- Execute manual and automated testing across sprint and release cycles.

- Validate Salesforce configurations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, and Flows.

- Coordinate sandbox refreshes, test data management, and release validation activities.

- Identify, log, track, and verify defects through closure.

- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Teams in an Agile environment.

- Contribute to QA process improvements, automation framework enhancements, and CI/CD testing.

Mandatory Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in QA Automation Testing.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform Testing.

- Expertise in Playwright Automation Framework.

- Experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of API/Web Service Testing.

- Experience with Apex Testing, Flow Testing, Sandbox Management, and Test Data Management.

- Good understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and release management.

- Experience with Git/GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification.

- ISTQB or equivalent QA Certification.

- Experience with Jira and Confluence.

- BDD/ATDD testing practices.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
