Role Overview :

As a Senior QA Engineer at Recruitment Hub 365, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our internal applications and platforms. You will collaborate closely with our development teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes, ultimately contributing to a seamless experience for both our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and RestAssured to ensure comprehensive test coverage for web applications and APIs.

- Design and execute performance tests using industry-standard tools to identify and address potential bottlenecks and scalability issues.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test plans and test cases.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, providing technical expertise and support.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

- Proven expertise in API testing using RestAssured or similar tools.

- Strong understanding of performance testing principles and experience with tools like JMeter or Gatling.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, agile development environment.
