Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems that power our cloud-based financial platforms.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, front-end developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and contribute directly to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement RESTful APIs using Django framework to facilitate seamless communication between different components of our platform.

- Develop and maintain efficient and scalable data models using MongoDB to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.

- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code to ensure maintainability and reduce technical debt.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on our clients.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools to enhance team efficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems using Python and Django.

- Proven expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Solid understanding of database design principles and experience working with MongoDB.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, and Lambda.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
