Role Overview :

As a Senior Python Developer at Andor Tech, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our core platform components.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into elegant, efficient, and testable code.

Your contributions will directly impact the performance, scalability, and reliability of our solutions, ultimately enabling our clients to better serve their customers and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable and robust backend services using Python and related technologies to support our growing user base.

- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code to ensure the quality and maintainability of our codebase.

- Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain the stability and performance of our systems.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of our CI/CD pipeline to automate the software delivery process.

- Mentor junior developers to foster their growth and development.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python development, including experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Proven ability to design and implement scalable and reliable backend systems.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Bangalore.
