About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Python, VoIP/SIP protocols, multi-threading, and TCP/UDP socket programming, with the ability to design and build scalable backend systems. This role requires excellent communication skills and the flexibility to work in the German time zone.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Core Python.

- Implement and integrate VoIP/SIP-based communication systems.

- Build and maintain multi-threaded applications for real-time data processing.

- Work with TCP/UDP socket programming to enable efficient communication protocols.

- Develop utility tools and reusable components to improve system performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.

- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security in line with industry best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and Agile/Scrum processes.

Must-Have Skills :

- Core Python (5+ years of hands-on experience)

- VoIP, SIP protocol implementation

- Multi-threading and concurrency handling

- TCP/UDP socket programming

- Utility tools development

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask)

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Exposure to distributed systems and event-driven architectures

Requirements :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Willingness to work in German time zone (CET).
