Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer who can design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Python, solid experience working with Oracle databases, and hands-on exposure to API development and integrations.

Familiarity with Azure cloud services and frontend technologies such as Angular is a strong plus.

This role requires end-to-end ownershipfrom requirement analysis and system design to development, deployment, and supportwhile collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development (Python) :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python

- Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations

- Implement business logic, validations, and data processing workflows

- Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of backend applications

Database & Data Management :

- Design and optimize database schemas using Oracle

- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned database logic

- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and efficient data access patterns

Full Stack Development :

- Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate backend APIs with UI layers

- Work on frontend components using Angular (good to have)

- Ensure seamless data flow and user experience across the application stack

Cloud & DevOps (Azure) :

- Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure

- Work with Azure services for hosting, monitoring, and scaling applications

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and release management

- Troubleshoot cloud-related performance and deployment issues

System Integration & APIs :

- Design and implement API-based integrations with third-party and internal systems

- Ensure API security, versioning, documentation, and best practices

- Handle authentication, authorization, and data exchange standards

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Work closely with product managers, architects, and QA teams

- Participate in design discussions and technical decision-making

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

- Promote best practices in coding, testing, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Python (backend development)

- Experience working with Oracle databases

- Expertise in API development and integration

- Solid understanding of software design patterns and system architecture

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with Microsoft Azure

- Knowledge of .NET technologies

- Frontend experience with Angular

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Experience in enterprise or large-scale application development

Technical Skill Set :
