Role Overview :

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the management of assigned technical projects, executing day-to-day management of project segments, and providing a single point of knowledge and control for the aggregate effort.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Guiding project teams and Client organizations on Agile/Scrum practices.

- Assessing Scrum maturity and coaching teams to higher levels of maturity.

- Removing impediments and facilitating conflict resolution.

- Supporting the Product Sponsor with backlog grooming.

- Performing resource utilization analysis and driving revenue opportunities.

- Planning and coordinating technical projects from initiation through delivery.

- Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

- Utilizing AHEAD systems (Salesforce, FinancialForce) for project tracking.

Qualifications :

- PMP certification is a requirement.

- Ability to manage medium to high-risk, high-complexity projects.

- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Excellent analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience with project management software and budget management.
