Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Collaborate with stakeholders business, development, QA, and architecture teams to define project goals and success criteria.

- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure efficient Agile/Scrum execution.

- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, identifying and resolving risks and issues.

- Maintain detailed project documentation, including charters, plans, and status reports.

- Mentor and lead a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with at least the recent 3+ years in the insurance industry leading cross-functional teams.

- Experience collaborating with business, development, QA, and architecture teams.

- Hands-on experience facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

- Experience monitoring project performance, identifying and resolving risks, and maintaining project documentation.

- Experience mentoring and leading a team of developers.

- Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies (Fixed Bid project experience a plus).

- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal/communication skills.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Hands-on with JIRA, MS Project, and similar tools.

- Insurance domain expertise with an understanding of processes, regulations, and customer needs.

- Willingness to work during EST shift (9.30 PM-6.30 AM) as the client is based in the US.
